Who we are

2048 Merge Ladder ("the app") is developed and published by AMSLJ Plays. You can reach us at amsljplays0406@gmail.com.

What we collect

We do not ask you for any personal information. The app has no account, no login, and no sign-up. We never ask for your name, email address, phone number, or location.

Stored on your device only

Your game progress — scores, Stardust, unlocked themes and modes, Codex discoveries, daily streak, and sound settings — is saved only on your own device. It is never uploaded to us and we cannot see it. Uninstalling the app deletes it permanently.

Collected by our advertising partner

The app shows advertisements provided by Google AdMob. To show ads, and to choose which ads to show, Google may collect:

• your device's Advertising ID (a resettable identifier, not your name)
• device information such as model, operating system version, and language
• approximate location derived from your IP address (country or region level)
• how you interact with ads

We never receive any of this data ourselves. We only see anonymous, aggregated totals — for example "this many ads were shown today".

Your choices

Reset or delete your Advertising ID. On Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads. You can reset the ID or delete it entirely, which stops advertisers building a profile from it.

Consent (EU, UK, Switzerland). If you are in a region covered by the GDPR, the app shows a consent form the first time you open it, asking whether you agree to personalised advertising. You may decline — you will still see ads, but they will not be personalised, and the app remains fully playable. You can change this choice at any time from the app's settings.

Delete everything. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored progress.

Children

This app is not directed at children and is not part of the Google Play Families programme. It is rated for general audiences aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will act promptly.

Purchases

There are none. The app contains no in-app purchases of any kind. Every theme, mode and power-up is earned by playing, or optionally accelerated by watching an advertisement. We never ask for payment details and never will.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top and post the revised version at the same address. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
